Bimpli is a French mobile application that simplifies the management of employee benefits, particularly meal vouchers, gift cards and CSE avantages, offering a digital solution for accessing and using perks conveniently.
I've joined Bimpli as product designer for their adminstrator platform & gift cards squad. During my time there, I completed several projects such as auditing all web and mobile interfaces, conducting quantitative user research on gift products and the admin platform, flow of rematerialisation of virtual gift cards, anonymous virtual meal voucher, etc.
When working for Bimpli, I had the opportunity to lead the UX design efforts for their digital administrator platform & virtual gift cards user interface.
The project aimed to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for both employers and employees, transforming the way meal vouchers & gift cards are managed and utilized.
Through a global UX audit of all Bimpli's interface and two quanti surveys : administrator surveys & gift cards users survey, I identified the main points to improve and the pain points of target users:
Based on our research findings and product roadmap of the company, we established two princiapl design principles to guide our work: efficienty & flexibility.
Efficienty : Streamline the voucher management process of clients to save time and reduce administrative overhead. this principle will run through belowing projects :
Flexibility : provide users with the flexibility to access and redeem vouchers at their convenience. To improve the flexibility of our product, I have realised mainly belowing projects:
With the design principles in mind, we began the iterative design process, starting with wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes. We solicited feedback from stakeholders and conducted usability testing to refine the user interface and workflow. This iterative approach allowed us to quickly iterate on designs and address any usability issues early in the process.
All project I designed was met with positive feedback from both employers and employees. Users praised the intuitive interface and enhanced features, which made managing and redeeming meal vouchers & gift cards a breeze. Employers also reported a reduction in administrative overhead and greater employee satisfaction with the new platform.
Amoung the six projects I've realised mentionned before, I will pick the project of virtual gift card rematerialisation to illustrate concretely how I work as product designer.
Pair work with product manager on project discovery : we have orgnised a workshop to identify the possible usecases & users' experience map.
I have Crafted the entire flow by including all usecases & eventual errors situations : onboarding -> rematerilize -> follow delivery -> active the card.
Working on the Bimpli project was a rewarding experience that allowed me to apply my UX design skills to create a solution that truly makes a difference in people's lives. By prioritizing user needs and iteratively refining our designs, we were able to deliver a platform that enhances the user experience and simplifies meal voucher management for organizations and their employees.
