Design sprint : understand, define, sketch, decide, prototype and test
Understand the project vision, business goals and the needs of market
Talking with clients and potential users is an efficient way to identify the business purpose and user needs.
After the discussion with clients and potential users, we defined the main demands of client and users:
The client want to create an application that links passengers, laboratories and airport controllers. This application should make covid result check of air passengers smoothly and efficiently. In a word : usability first.
The benchmark of competitors can help us to define the main features and get inspiration of design.
Define the usercases and main features of APP
In the Define phase, we evaluates everything we learned in the Understand phase to establish focus : the main usercases and features
Go to the design phase : Sketch, decide, prototype and test
The problems had been identified, the features were defined, We had both concept and problem statements, and now it was time to take the theory and put it into action. The project team had great confidence in me. To save time, we skipped the wireframing step. I worked with the product owner in pairs. She was in charge of creating user stories and I was designing the adequate screens at the same time. Once the prototypes were validated and developped, we passed to the test step, by following test results, I improved my design in an iterate way before the real release.
This project is confidential in details, so I could just show several screens here.
